When you worship God in a form or Roopam it is “saguna ishwara upasana”. When you worship the formless attributes of the Supreme it is Nirguna upasana. Hari Om
God is not an external agency doing things you need. Devotion is important in life but don’t be cheated by paid services. Hari Om.
Brain is the instrument through which your thoughts, emotions, intuition, wisdom etc. are expressed. Medical science has proven beyond doubt that you can increase these faculties by meditation. Hari Om.
Shradda or concentration comes with practice. Start doing Pranayama regularly. It calms your senses, controls your mind and helps you focus. You can also chant Omkaram with it. Hari Om.
Lalithasahasranamam would be the best choice to strengthen your mind. You already have the attitude. Keep saying” I shall overcome”. Hari Om.
Anirudha represents the Budhi or intelligence that controls emotions and Jarasandha represents vasanas that are connected (sandh) to the body (jara). Hari Om
