I just came back to US after 5 weeks of vacation from India. I visited Pazhani, mookambika, guruvayur and went to temples in my village almost daily. I got married 4 years back and my in-laws had given me a gold bracelet during the marriage. I lost that 2 years back here in US and they again gave me a gold bracelet this time when i visited India. I again lost that at the airport. I am feeling very sad and dissappointed at the loss and am unable to sleep. What should i go to calm my mind and why is it happening like this to me?

Namaskaram swamiji I am listening swamiji’ s speech regularly and it is very mch useful I am meditating regularly and it helps me to recover from panic situations.One doubt,swamiji, how can one handle persons bursting with anger for silly things and for none of our reasons .Anger makes every one around us unhappy and usually people hate angry people.These type of people will not do meditation or read puranas etc. pl.give me an answer
