pranamam swamiji,,, Please explain about god. different religions has different god. what is real?? many poor peoples dieying every day.many povery nations have in earth. many peoples dieying daily in accidents and war. But God did not help them WHY??? please help me ………….and give me advice..

Swamiji:

God is the space where everything manifests, exists and dissolves into. Creation and dissolution happen at the gross level only. Calling the Supreme various names can not make any change to HIM. HariOm!

Pranamam swamiji, Swamiji, due to these kind of thoughts I entertained earlier I am losing my concentration while during examination and when I am driving and get depressed. The best way is to divert my mind from these thoughts with no regret. Isn’t this the right way I am thinking swamiji?

Pranamam swamiji, Swamiji, I am govind. I am always talking about the thoughts and its time to get away from all kinds of stupid thoughts. The thing happening is if I think about a -ve thought abt god or any other things I cannot tolerate because I am not my thought, I am entirely different from my thoughts. So I think “How can i think of such thoughts”, and this kind of thought forces me to think it again and again. Actually it is not me who is thinking, it just comes and goes. If I am able to divert from this thought stated above my mind will get away from these thoughts and clear my mind practicing sadhana daily. Swamiji, please give me a solution to this.

If you have a lot of time to idle away and simply wasting your time in thinking, you are damaging your mind. So do some good work, it will stop your unnecessary thinking. Or go on a pilgrimage to Vrindavan and experience the presence of the Lord there. HariOm!

Hariom Swamiji, could you please explain the relation between mind, thoughts and brain? In absence of brain, which is a part of our body, can thought process work and where does mind exist then?

Swamiji:

Mind is the bundle thoughts and when there are no thoughts, mind is like ‘no mind’. Mind functions and expresses through brain and when the brain is not functioning, mind does not get projected outwards. HariOm!

Hari om… Swamiji, what should one do if he is sinned by his thoughts? Not physical. What he should do to neutralize its bad effects.

Thoughts can not pull you down unless you give importance to them. Use positive thoughts to remove negativity. Like clouds floating, they will vanish and let the vast sky of consciousness shine. HariOm!

Pranam Swamiji, Believe it or not! I met one poor muslim girl well educated during a bus journey from Ahamd Nagar to Pune. We discussed spirituality, religion etc. during the journey and left after exchanging our cell no. Her Nikah was fixed with a boy from Dubai and I attended her wedding. All problems started within one month, her husband left to Dubai and her mother in law kicked her out from the house and throw her mobile phone. Her husband was also not ready to help her and finally she came back to her own house. Above all she was pregnant. She used to narrate all her stories to me by sending sms, Uncle I don’t want to live,Uncle I want to suicide bla.. bla.. bla..Always I consoled her from the lessons I learned from you and she practiced meditation during her namaz time ( 5 times a day) because meditation is not allowed by her religion. Her husband came in between but nothing happened and finally she delivered a boy child. Her parents insist her to go for divorce. I told her to tell her husband also to practice namaz ( in a meditation way) in a sweet voice when he is in good mood. A few days back one message came they are living very happily and they want to know who am I? and they want to meet me urgently ,the same question once I asked you swamiji! P Rajendran Nair, Pune

Respected guru thanks for considering me .My daily schedule start from morning 5 clock.i wake up and do all daily rutins than to office at 6clock than after office home at 8 clock night than after dinner sleep at 9:30 pm,a day finish for me,I didn’t find any time for meditation,pranayama and all. iam working in UAE,i did’t get time for my child. and lots of unwanted thoughts break my sleep, again unwantedly going to office. Really i got fed up with what iam now.Onemore thing iam new to all this meditation,pranayama and japam,from last week on words i came to now about udith chiytanya swami and his speech of bagavad gita from my wife,she being searching for all my question last she find this.How can i free my mind.How i do meditation ,pranayama and japam.Guru consider me as starting student who gaze at the bank of knowledge of living and purpose of life with respect a student

You can chant ‘OM’ in a low volume with long breaths for 11 times. You can also listen to Geethanubhuthi CD in a low volume. All these will take you to a meditative mind. Listen to the discourses and learn more HariOm!
