Mind is a conscious energy with thoughts and prana is non conscious energy. However the thoughts of the mind can function through prana. In short, mind and prana are twins. One conscious energy and the prana is cosmic energy. HariOm!

A mind which is so calm, undisturbed and strong alone can die consciously. When death comes the prana start moving out. An immatured mind can’t bear the pain so they fall in to a state of unconsciousness. So practise meditation so that you will not miss that experience too (

The vasana ( accumulated thoughts in the mind) are called “maya” because it can create an illusion that what we experience is true. But when you practise meditation you will understand, the experience is not whole truth, it is only a part. The other part is your reaction and response.
