I feel that i am so lazy and depressed.i tried to do many things. the thoughts regarding the suffers i felt in my past, do not allow me to do anything in my life. now i feel my life is stuck. how can i overcome this mind?the thought ” i cant do anything” rules my mind. I want to really appreciate the initiative “Enrich your mind”. I try to read this often, however miss it sometimes. Is there a way I can see the older verses in an archive? I’m sure this will help other readers too.

Pranamam swamiji, Iam Govind. I have once told u about my chintha. I think of something and get depressed. Swamiji, u already gave me an advice to divert my mind from unnessasary thoughts and imagination and to create awarness. Iam practicing it day by day and it makes a huge difference. But, some thoughts and these thoughts are really stupid, even though i am aware of the chintha, i keep thinking of it and get depressed and i ask to myself why am i thinking of this again and again even though iam really aware of it and my thoughts are really stupid.If you hear wht am thinking you feel really stupid. Iam trying entertain positive thougths but sometimes i become a slave of my thoughts.how can get mukti from these kind of stupid thoughts? I have reformed my mind, but only due to these kind of thoughts iam depressed. Swamiji, please give a solution to this.

Pranam Swamiji When I was studying in college one of my professor used to advise us, “Children you should read Bagavat Geeta and enjoy the beauty of it”. During that time I used to sit in the last bench and makes fun of him saying that “yes Sir, we used to read both Geeta and Janadwani”. (one sex magazine popular during that time)and all classes used to laugh. Now I am 53Years old and from you I experienced the beauty of Bhagawat Geeta and what is what. Today if I met that prof. I will wash his feet and drink that water. My question is, Is there is a time for everything or any tragedy to be taken in one’s life or spirituality begins in old age only? P Rajendran Nair Pune
