Pranam Swamiji, I am facing a lot of trouble to balance my life with good to my wife and good to my own family members (mother, sister’s family). I am failed really to move forward with both of them. My mother stays with me and my wife do not like helping my sisters when they are in need of money. They generally donot ask but looking the situation i use to give them and some time i donot tell my wife, inorder to avoid some fights between me and she. If i ask her am sure she will tell me not to give now… give later all that. I am tired of moving like this.. what should i do swamy… please advice me.

Practise breathing exercises and do Sadhana and meditation. Make service an integral part of your life, all disturbances will vanish. HariOm!

Swamiji namaste, Swamiji is that right to keep garuda puranam in pooja room or house. Everybody can read garuda puranam at any time?? Is that good or bad?? I heard two opinions about this..Kindly advise Hari Om

pranamam swamiji, how to get rid of fear? i dont know what i am scared of but i ve fear.. fear to talk to people, fear what society will think abt me,fear to open up, and i m very scared of insects, i cannot kill them… i m scared..one full night i could not sleep because an innocent grasshopper was seen on a curtain were i sleep… even wen i meditate a state comes were i witness only fear, and thats were i end my meditation.i feel like fear is my innate character.why is there so much fear in me? and wat can i do? thank you so much for your valuble answers. namaskaram.

Join a service minded Satsang group and involve in noble acts. Sing Bhajans and study Scriptures. It will help you to come out of your fear gradually. My Blessings are with you, HariOm!
