Is being manipulative even if that is to achieve something positive good.Is it wrong to manipulate people if you have the power to do it like charming good looks or gift of the gab.If someone is being overly manipulative and you know it ,its my natural tendency to hate hem from the bottom of my heart and then slowly i realize my mind keeps focusing on them and their actions slowly start manipulating me also,by causing me pain and them slowly my mind gets diverted and i forget the real me and i thereby i fail to be my best.But i just become a puppet who is controlled by other. I tried doing meditation but icouldnt and i fail all the time.I also have the habit of being alone and magnifying my problems a lot and thinking that i am the only one who is suffering so much in this world.How do i stop all this and get back control of my life.If i talk about my problems to anyone openly that has always been misused and taken advantage of wrongly.So how do i start trusting people again and how i get myself back

i always feel a lot of empathy and sympathy for depressed people,because i myself am in depression trying to get over it by fighting it.I always have a lot of empathy for depressed people and i always out of my way to help them and then i get in trouble because slowly that sucks whatever little joy and happiness i had and leaves me feeling much more depressed .When i fall into this deep depression,nothing makes me happy and those very people i helped also distance themselves from me.I feel i am not capable enough to help them but i still do that.And now i have soft feelings for a depressed guy who makes me depressed but i like him> i know its not healthy so please help me to get over this and suggest me what i should be doing to get out of my depression and my attraction towards depressed people.

Understand, when you are weak people will keep distance and keep you away. Then depression will take you into frustration. Practise meditation and recite chanting ‘Hare Rama … Hare Krishna’ daily. Meditation is the easiest and powerful technique by which you can develop a helping and respectful personally. HariOm!

Dear Swamiji What is the benefit of chanting without understanding the meaning. I see several people chanting Sahasranamam and Gayatri, probably without understanding the meaning.

I am not in position to pay one lakh Rs.,but i want to stay there for some days or some hours . Is there any option, what amount i have to pay? If i will pay some donation can i stay there or can i visit there?

What is the Logic of doing SRADH OR DEVASAM for our departed parents. tHE pUNDITS ( SO CALLED VATHIYARS) EXTORTS MONEY CITING REASONS THAT IT IS MENTIONED IN THE VEDAS. iS THERE ANY ALTERNATIVE TO DO THIS SRADH FOR OUR DEPARTED PARENT’S SOULS. i AM FROM kOLKATA AND ATTENDED YOUR PROGRAMME – WHICH WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND SPIRTUALLY ENLIGHTENEING

Here, Vanaras represent the ‘Chitta Vrithis’ in the mind. Like the monkeys, our mind is also wavering. When they are focussed they gain the power to fight with the Asurik or negative tendencies in the mind. HariOm!

Pranamam Swamiji! I got Gitanubuhooti CD. Should I listen to the whole CD Daily.Since it contains part A and B. It almost takes an hour to listen both. Forgive me if i have asked something wrong. I need tips and suggestion from ur side. I also practice Pranayam daily. Being working woman I wish to know from you how much time i should alot for both. Guruji pls help me with your suggestion…. I really need your blessings and advice.
