Srimad Bhagavatham 3:9:15 explains even if you see the Lord in various attires, names and life events that is only a show. The real purpose is to enable you to see the tremendous power behind this form, act with purpose and raise yourself to that Amritatwam. There is a saying, “Marthyavatharasya marthya sikshanam”.
