Dear Hemalekhaji,
Both Inferiority and Superiority complex arise out of comparison.
Understand, each mind is unique and has different levels of capabilities.
If a person is not doing well like you in a certain area, he/she will be better in another area.
You can never see the total personality of a person.
Even if you see, you can not predict what they will become tomorrow.
So, do not feel superior to a bandit(Ratnakara), as you can not say when he will become a Sage(Valmiki).
