Material space is part of the panchabhootas and derived from moolaprakriti. Moolaprakriti or the world of forms comes when the infinite consciousness binds to vital life force or Prana. Matter and energy are interchangeable and knowledge(intellect) is just a type of thought/ energy. However, life is not knowledge. The core of life is a conscious intelligence, which is inert and devoid of thoughts. All objects of form as well as formless energy, in its most subtle and purest form, will ultimately dissolve into this conscious thoughtless space. Hari Om.
