Dear Shyam,
When we do work, we have the ability to do the work with all our involvement and also learn to accept whatever result comes.
We should improve if our work is not upto the expectations.
When we do work to satisfy others, naturally you will get satisfaction too. When you do for your satisfaction, it may not satisfy others!
