Pranaam swamiji, I am listening to your Sathyam Param Dheemahi lectures from youtube for the past 15 days, I feel very happy to listen to your lectures which is more relevant to my life. I am getting clarity over my thoughts after hearing your lectures. My question is that whenever you refer to the infinite consciousness energy are you referring to Brahmam or formless god. Is this Paramaathman is Brahmam. As we know that Om is the sound of Brahmam, is it enough during meditation if we tell only Om to concentrate on our breath instead of telling any other manthra.
