Pranam Guruji, For Jeevan Mukti, I heard seen steps without their meaning. These are: Mooladharam,Swathistaram,Manipoorakam,Anahatam,Vishudhi,Aatya,Sahasraram. Can you please give meaning of each of these seven steps and how it leads you to mukti. It is technical and only you can simplyfy and give us the entire meaning. Pranam Guruji.

Mooladharam to Vishudhi represent the Pancha Bhootha which constitute the body.
Anjna represnts the ego and Sahasraram is the Self that you achieve when you transcend all other steps.
It is said “padi arum kadannu avide chellumbol Sivane kanakum…”
