pranam. swami in your discourse you said 12 people.knew bhagavata before it was narrated and bheeshma was one of them. but i alao heard that Vyasa said to have instructed to narate bhagavata after everyone involved in iy has departed . then how ia this possible. please help to understand. yoir discourse of two years back i am refering to.

Hari Ohm. What Bhishma and others knew is the essence of Bhagavatham not entire Bhagavatham we read.Even understanding the Chathuslokee Bhagavatham is considered as learning of Bhagavatham Take the essence ,not the story.
