Pranam Swamiji, As u said, the difference between Hindu religion and other religion in God’s concept is that they believe that their God is sitting in outside world say in swarga loka where as Hindu believe that God is sitting in all living and non-living elements. So when we paray we are praying to ourselves. Then again any need of praying to that Almighty/supreme power which is manifested as we all.Hence there is no two – supreme power and me. It is equivalent to non-Hindus worshiping outside God. Rqst to clarify..

Hari Ohm. Practice japam for one hour daily. If your concentration is so deep ,you will know the meaning of prayers.Until your mind dissolve into your japam ,never try to find out the answer because that may not be the truth.Since God is within you,japam will take you to the true prayers.
