Hari Ohm. When Sun rises in the horizon,the light energy comes from the east . If we close all windows and doors to the east of our house and turn to west ,and complain why sun is not coming to our house, the Sun will ask us to open the windows and remove curtains towards the East ,to see the glory of the sun. In the same way if one leads a disciplined life practicing pranayama, pranavopasana japa,meditation and all ,this turning towards the atma will increase their spiritual energy and mind.
