pranam… Swamiji “mind(stable form)” and “thoughts(highly unstable)” should be different as i understood from you. We learn gita, vedas etc and think about it. Swamiji what i want to know is how thoughts can lead mind to its destination ?? Also how can we feel the real mind ??

Dear Sooraj,
Thoughts can not lead you to your Source, as ripples in water can not take you to the bottom of the Ocean!
Mind exists with thoughts!
Regular meditation will help you to experience the “No thoughts” or “No mind” state.
It can not be explained; it has to be experienced!
HariOm!
