Pranam Swamiji, My friends father died recently at early age with an heart attack. They were very close, friendly and intimate and hence my friend could not absorb his death and was crying all the time at that time. Now she says she feel his presence many times at home. He left without fulfilling his wishes of her marriage which he was eagerly waiting for.. Now my question is whether a departed soul’s presence will appear in their house as he left without fulfilling his wishes and they were so intimate or is this her just thoughts only. Pls advs.

Hari Ohm. A departed soul will not remain at the same place to realize its unfulfilled desires The soul will find another body to continue its further journey. While remaining in the same body it might have had lots of unfulfilled desires.Those desires are experienced by their mind through reams. So the mind leaves the memory of the present body and moves into another imaginary body and realize unfulfilled desires. In this way the departed soul moves into another body and continue its journey to experience all those ‘vasanas’ mind wanted to experience. So tell your friend not to worry about the departed soul but to practice ‘sadhana’ and make herself strong and balanced.
