Pranam swamiji… We all say that we have to forgive others. But swamiji , if we forgive others who hurt us deliberately, won’t they take it for granted that they are right and they can do whatever they want to us as we don’ mind?

No action or karma goes without an effect. Some actions produce immediate ( gross) effect and others produce delayed( subtle) effect. Always remember, Bhagavan is on your side and surrender all to him and forgive. Forgiving brings peacefulness.
It is not acting like a doormat, but responding appropriately while remaining peaceful at heart.
