Pranam Swamiji What is the proper allocation of time for reading and sadana. When I involved in reading of spiritual materials utilising lot of time but it affects the sadana.

Dear Aravindan,
The ideal time is early morning, preferably between 4 am to 6 am.
Be careful not to get stuck up with too much of “spiritual information”; focus on knowledge and wisdom!
