Sita represents human mind.
Our Scriptures prove that human mind alone can evolve into higher consciousness.
When one practises meditation he/she has to drop lower impulsive mind; then alone one can grow.
Sita goes to forest to give birth to two children.
Similarly let us do meditation to expand our lower consciousness to higher consciousness.
HariOm!
