Pranam Swamiji, Whether we are all one and the same or we are all absolute zero? Which is more correct? P Rajendran Nair,Pune

We are all different at the ‘body consciousness’ level.
Each mind is unique and different.
But the Chaithanyam from where our minds have come, is ONE and the same.
It is like the waves appearing and disappearing in the same ocean.
As we meditate on the question, “Who am I?”, you will experience that ultimately you(the limited existence) are disappearing.
That is the stillness and silence, which you may call as Zero too.
