Pranamam and thanks for your guidance,I sometimes feel that the mind is so wierd and it tends to forget so fast. There are situations in my life where I have felt divine intervention like when my mother recovered from cancer not fully but more than what the expert doctor’s anticipated and when I delivered my son much smoother than expected , these are situations where clearly nobody else but God has helped. But then again in our day to day routine life at work we forget this divine energy protecting us and His blessings and all small things what people said or thought or gossips and rumours that we hear bothers us and I feel when other people project their insecurities, too much pride or jealousy onto us sometimes we so easily internalise it and get distracted and forget who we really are.How do I rise from this fickle mindedness and develop much better focus.Though I know that people have only so much power over us as much as we give them in our minds but sometimes petty negativities affect me a lot. what are the techniques that I should practice in this hectic schedule of a our routine life to develop more focus and use all the power of my mind that God has gifted me with, without bothering too much about the negativities around and focusing only on positives.Hari om

To get out of a world of thoughts you have to create a new world relating to the powerful source in yourself. Adopt a mantra and constantly chant in your mind. Your negativity or attraction towards the negative will fade away. Hari Om.
