Dear Krishna Kumarji,
See, the concept is true relatively, that means, only when mind is connected with the body the awareness of time comes.
So understand, time is the awareness of a conscious mind which can be sure about the changes happening around.
Connect with mind, then establish without observer; there can’t be any observation.
