Accept Your Surrounding
The Gita advises us to have equanimity (samata) with respect to people. There are two kinds of people – those who have difficulties and those who are difficult. We have to live with them; learn to accept every individual without agonizing over why that person is the way he or she is. In the animal kingdom we want the lion to be like a lion and the deer to be like a deer. We do not want lion to be like a deer. Similarly we have to accept the people around us as they are; there is no point in complaining about them.
