You did not mention how old your friend, or her children are. “Some Misunderstandings” are common in all husband-wife relationships. But if they are now living for the sake of their children alone, then there is no relation. To be in a house without mutual love, will cause anyone to be depressed. Caring for each other’s feelings and maintaining it as a priority is vital to maintain a good marriage. Is your friend willing to try and care for her husband unilaterally even if he is not too co-operative for one month and see if it changes him slowly. If not, they will need the help of a marriage counselor to identify the reasons for their misunderstanding and guide them to clear it. They have to live for their well being, not for the children. When they are both happy and loving, the children will automatically be well. Hari Om.
