Pranamam swamiji.. I have got prathiroth a product of bhagavatham village … I am unaware about its usage.. please instruct me how to use it also say about its expiry period..

Dilute it with water in a 1:6 ratio and take one ounce in the morning. Best used within three months. Hari Om.
