Dear Thilakamani,
The Anthakaranam (Sookshma Shareer) gets purified through Karma (action). We should develop positive attitude of acceptance of whatever comes.
This leads to mental strength.
Jnana Yoga is for the intellectual clarity that YOU belong to God and not any one else.
Through Bhakthi Yoga you develop constant remembrance by which you burn all your accumulated past thoughts and impressions.
With Pranayam, Meditation and Yoga you can surrender your Ego that “I” the body consciousness disappear and “I” (Jeevathma) is different from Gross body.
Hari Om!
