pranamam swamiji, Is lord Krishna just only a concept as you have replied to somebody stating that the flute represents our body and krishna represents our soul.Was veda vyasa just characterised God’s form as krishna for the understanding of common people?Was there really a mahabharatha war ?Is Gita a simplified explanations of vedas and Upanishads .many purana stories are difficult to believe. but on the other hand if we think of this world now we would believe in kaliyuga which is stated in puranas.So how significant are these puranas and epics? Dear Rajesh,
God or the INFINITE can not be limited by any concept.
All our Scriptures are treasure houses of Knowledge.
Very deep philosophy is hidden in all the stories.
The stories are unbelievable and contradictory as the Great Masters did not want us to get stuck up in the stories!
So, we need to go beyond the stories and understand the THATHWAM!
