Pranamam Swamiji one should have full concentration in ones work to attain perfection. eventhough the work is hard or easy, for attaining that full concentration what should one do , Are there any japams or mantras for attaining full concentration .

There are no “quick fixes” on attaining concentration. Concentration comes with involvement. Whatever you do should be done with all of your mind into it. You can attain concentration with any Mantra, as long as you can chant with your heart fully involved in it. Once you learn to chant with concentration, the same can be applied to anything you do.
