Dear Vinodji,
Death is not as we have understood, according to Krishna death happens when the mind (accumulated memories) discard the body like we remove the old dress. As we wear a new dress, same impressions or Vasanas will take a new body (refer to Gita 2nd chapter, 22nd Sloka).
