Mrithyunjaya pooja is not to avoid death. Death is an inevitable truth and will happen to anyone who has taken birth. It is done to strengthen the mind to face death with the understanding that you are more than the physical body and the soul is immortal. Once you know that your fear of death is gone and you have victory over death – Mruthyumjaya. Hari Om.
