Pranamam swamiji, when birth & deaths are a cyclic process until we attain enlightenment or merge into God… then why we are again & again repeating the same mistakes…can u pls tell me what should we do for attaining moksha in this life time itself…

It is important to know what is meant by attaining moksha first, before trying to get it. It is freedom from your limitations, that you set by your thought process. Your thought is conditioned by your inherent vasanas, and the exposures and experiences you have. It you can live life enjoying every moment of it, without being limited by your conditioned mind that it true mukti. It is easily said, but hard to attain. You need regular practice/sadhana to train the mind. Then it will not hold on to disturbing thoughts or unnecessary anxieties. Life for such a person is always a celebration. Hari Om.
