Pranamam Swamiji, While we read vishnu sahasranamam or chant mantrams or prayers,which is the best way to tell them..loudly or read in mind? Is there any specific rule ladies having their monthly periods should not chant or pray? Or is this part of a superstition?Hari Om.

Anyone can chant Sahasranamam at any time. It is better to chant aloud as Mantras create positive sound energy in the space around you. Hari Om.
