Pranamam Swamiji, Could you please elaborate on ISHVARA. The Va in it stands for Vayu or shwasam, the Ra stands for agni, but what does ISH stand for? No one seems to have explained it as precise as you have done. Thank you very much.

Dear Rekhaji,
The word “e” means echa (desire) that is the mind, “swa” means swasam, the breath and “ra” is the heat.
One who holds and preserves all these in the body is the real God.
