Pranamam Swamiji, I have a basic doubt. on what we are. Please correct me if we are a body, mind (chittam, Bhavana and Ego)or jeeva athman and consciousness or paramatha.?

Dear Shaji,
When you go deeper into meditation you will realize that YOU are not the body, mind or ego!
This is “Na Ithi” or “Not This”.
When all these attributes are rejected, what will remain?
It is pure Silence!
When the river joins the Ocean, the identity of river is lost and it becomes Ocean!
That was why Budha remained silent when he was asked “What is God Realization?”.
You can not explain it, you can only experience it!
