Pranamam Swamiji, I have started doing Bhagvad Gita Course online. Its with great interest I have started doing. Apart from that I am doing Yoga and Pranayama in the morning and Nama Japam in evening. In the begining I was feeling very happy and content. Chanting name of the lord itself used to give me immense happiness. Nowadays I dont know what has happened to me, I feel very much tired while doing japam and meditation. I dont feel to study and I delay studying till i get the right mood. The peace which i used to get in the begining, I am not be able to get. Sometimes in the middle of japam i break down suddenly crying, but still i make it a point to do my japam daily what ever thoughts come to my mind to prevent it. Sometimes I feel heavy inside but i still continue, because I had really experienced the pleasure earlier whenever i used to do. I am trying my best to get back to normal and come out of all these negativity. Swamiji guide me where I am going wrong and let me know what would be the possibility of such sudden change in my mood?

It is not uncommon to feel challenged at a certain level of Sadhana. It is important to understand that it is a test of time that you have to pass. Spiritual journey is a tough road. You are just at a road block. It is good that you still are continuing the Sadhana. When you cross this obstacle, you will be at a much higher level of the journey. Keep walking. If needed seek the help of a guru personally to help you cross this challenge. My prayers are with you. Hari Om.
