Pranamam Swamiji, I lost my mother-in-law last year in July. Ever since i have been terribly disturbed. Twice I dreamt of me losing my mother too. I know that death is inevitable and nothing can be done to prevent it. However a deep sense of fear is in my mind. My mother stays in India and I in Singapore. I keep calling her every now and then in a day to know that she is fine. But this burden of fear is really getting heavy, am unable to concentrate on anything. Like you said, I try to let go of my mind and try to think positively but this dream haunts me every now and then. What should I do? Thanking you, Pranamam

Dear Rekhaji,
A human body that came from nature will go back to nature.
But before it goes, uplift your mind to the Supreme Truth and merge in Infinity.
That is the possibility of human birth. Only Sadhana, Satsang and meditation can make you fearless.
Now, the choice is yours.
HariOm!
