Pranamam Swamiji, Swamiji I am registering as a permanent member in April.My fund will be ready by then. Swamiji I have a small problem.My colleague I had mentioned about her earlier also.It is my 8th year in this office and she is just one year junior to me an architect.She used to always discourage me earlier why you should be so faithful and hard working and keeps advising me to join other Company for better benefits.Now that she is being promoted with a better package she keeps haunting me saying why you are not doing this and that, when you are being paid for it.Earlier any favor from her side to the company she used to ask why should I? and what for? used to be her regular reply.How to deal with this character?She says only if we are paid for it we need to do and I always believe we need to do whatever we can irrespective of the returns.In spite of these differences in opinion we are close to each other but it has started disturbing me is it better to keep distance from her?.Kindly give me your suggestion.
