Pranamam Swamiji, Swamiji, please give the answer to this question which is important for the development of my mind. Swamiji, I have gained the knowledge to replace every bad thought and replace it with good and divine thoughts and I am practicing it. Whatever comes to me now I would accept it, thoughts are not a problem to me. But I need to improve on one thing which is most important in my progress. The thought I have thought about in my past which I got so much depressed. Some kind of thought I don’t know how it came, I have discussed my foolish thought to you before. Please answer these questions. Q1- This thought usually never comes to mind but if comes I would just replace with another thought with no regret……but its troubling me sometimes. It has formed some pattern in my mind? Can I forget this thought or how should I counter that thought? Q2- Is it possible to wipe away this thought through meditation? Any other way through meditation because this has formed a pattern in my mind? Swamiji, please answer these 2 questions because I need to transform my mind Thank you With Love

It is important to realize meditation is not to “block” thoughts but to stay tranquil as they pass your mind. Please understand, good thoughts and bad thoughts are all the same energy. Ultimately the aim is to get to a point, no matter the nature of the thought you are not attached to or obsessed by it. Continue meditation with shraddha, it will all come to you.
Ignoring the bad and using the good thoughts is the sign of wisdom.
