Pranamam Swamiji, Swamiji, you have advised me a way to reduce the effect of my foolish thought (that and iam aware oi have discussed with you in the previous talks)by chanting ‘Aum’ whenever it comes and pass it away…..Swamiji I found a new method through meditation… I would pick up that thought and allowing it to pass away without any regret or getting depressed….this is really working…when I do my work when it comes that thought passes away easily and i am aware of it….Swamiji is this an efficient method? Why is this foolish thought always there in my mind? I think this thought has been impressed in my subconscious mind(Since i entertained this for about 1 year) I can replace every other thought …bad or good I am really enjoying the peace and happiness that i get through meditation and the silence…. With love and respect
