The material space is akasam where all material objects exist. That is the space you see around. But you know your thoughts don’t have a form, it is just an energy form, yet they exist. So it is a changing or moving entity. Any moving or fluctuating energy moves on a stable unchanging base. So if conscious thoughts move, there has to be a stable unchanging inert conscious space in which the wave of thoughts move. That is called Chitakasam. Hari Om
