Dear Vidya,
There are many swamis, who are bribed by Christian missionaries.
They misinterpret our Scriptures in a ridiculous way. Indian philosophy (Vedanta) establishes Advaita ( Non-dualism). That means, everyone is a particle of one conscious principle. As the science says that different forms of matter form from the same energy, different kinds of thought exist in the same consciousness.
No one can prove that God is a person. When Christians say that Jesus alone is God, Jesus himself says “I and my father are the same”. That means, all the individual are part of one principle. Here you should take the meaning of “I” as Mind and “father” as Self.
In Vedanta, Prajapati means the mind because from mind alone the birth takes place.
Some foolish people who wear the ochre claim themselves as swamijis and misinterpret Hindu scriptures and confuse people.
