Pranams Swamiji, I have already asked so many questions to you swamii and I have always got very satisfactory answers. I have one more issue, (i dont think thats the last ).I have unresolved anger within myself.Some people hurt me , and continue to upset me.But I cant retort back to them.That leaves me very frustrated.If by chance I begin thinking of them, my whole day is ruined.Coz I cant calm my mind.I am a busy mom, a full time student ,I really dont get time to sit and meditate regularly.I always chant my mantras and sing bhajans as I do my chores.I really want to inculde Meditation in my life too.Will that help me calm my thoughts.I don’t want to hurt the person back , but I end up hurting myself with these angry thoughts. I dont tell anyone whats going on my heart and I end up venting my frustration on my little son whom I love more than anything else in life. I know attachments , anger ,frustration are parts of our life as humans.Please advice me on how I can enlighten

Dear Paru,
You are really messing up things by passing your frustrations onto your child.
When he grows up, it may turn him into a rebel. So, never do that!
Learn to say “NO ” or disagree with people politely.
It will save you from later frustrations.
Regular meditation will definitely help you in getting calm and peaceful.
