Pranams I have got a very low self esteem about myself. I feel i am not good at anything.. I feel people don’t want to talk to me or be my friend. Nobody cares about me they think i am boring and useless. i feel as if they think i am a nuisance. Thanks To my sister in law who is very popular i feel all the more stupid and unwanted and useless. how can i be better than her and also be perfect like her and be loved by all. will this ever happen. there is an unknown fear in my heart that after my parents death what will happen to me and my son. who will help me if they are bedridden . how can i muster courage and be brave to face all these in life . who will come forward to help me in times of crisis.

Dear Mallikaji,
Understand, you are damaging your own life through these negative thoughts.
Your mind can produce very powerful positive thoughts which can transform your life totally.
Instead of comparing with others, give auto suggestion to your self that “I CAN, I MUST, I WILL” in all situations.
When you demand love and attention from others, you become a beggar.
When you give love and care without trying to impress others, they will respect you.
This will increase your self – esteem and develop a positive environment around you.
Understand, you are a unique person and discover the goodness in your self.
Regular Sadhana will help you remain peaceful in all situations.
