Prananamam Swamiji, i am 56 year old taken voluntary retirement from state government service. My husband is very spiritually inclined person. I am also trying to follow the spiritual path. But i feel i am not normal. I feel i lack the sensitivity of a loving person. Sometimes i feel like a stone. I lack the tenderness or daya or love of a spiritual person. I have some family problems with my parents. I feel i have become insensitive to any feelings and going on worrying. The ill feelings always predominate my mind and i keep constantly thinking about the past. I read the Bhagavad Geetha and mostly listen to many spiritual doscourses but i am not able to pull myself out. Swamiji i kindly seek your valuable advice and guidance in this regard so that i may lead a healthymindful life. Please help me

Hari Ohm. i appreciate your understanding about your own present state of mind .Now you should realise that the mind which you created cannot be changed unless you cultivate positive attitude and culture .instead of worrying and complaining start doing positive actions like getting up early in the morning by 5 ,practicing pranayama, yoga, chanting long Ohm for 11 times and ishtadevatha manthram 108 times etc. Then try to by heart one sloka of Bhagavad Geethadaily. Then write some positive messages and send to your friends. massage shall be based on Bhagavath geetha or some spiritual books.Talk only good things happened to whoever you interact . Never share problems and weaknesses. If you practice this for some period ,this will over write your negative impressions you carry with your life. The more you cultivate positive attitude, the faster the negative impressions will fade away.So practice at the earliest and transform your life.
