Dear Dhanyaji,
The four ashram are Brahmacharya (student phase), Grihasthashrama (householder), Vanaprastha (retired) and Sanyasa (renunciate).
The Grihasthashrami takes care of the “Vyavaharam” and provides to all others. He is the pillar of the social life.
