Dear Madhavanji,
Among all Puranas, Bhagavatham is considered to be the King and superior.
Even Sankaracharya says Bhagavatham is the real spiritual text, higher than all other Puranas.
If you practise meditation, then you can experience what is explained in the Bhagavatham.
When this nectar which can transform every one (which we call Bhagavatham) exists, why we run after informative texts?
