Respected Swamiji, Hari Om, Pranam. Some one told me that after killing Hiranya Kasipa Lord Narayanan’s head portion become ‘Narayana’ and the body portion became ‘Nara” as part of the plan to vanquish the thousand armoured Rakshasa. But I read in Srimad Bhagavatha ( 4-1-52 ) that Dakashan’s daughter ‘Moorthy’ gave birth to ‘Sri Nara- Narayana, the supreme personality of Godhead. Kindly clarify me which is correct? Thanking you with Namaskar D.Suryanarayanan

Dear Suryanarayanji,
There is no such story in Bhagavatham.
