The word “upasana” means stay in a lower or sub-ordinate position. When your life is such that, you are surrendered and Krishna is in charge of your life, you are in a sub-ordinate role. All practices should aim to bring that mentality in you. Then, it is Sree Krishna Upasana. Hari Om.
